Exhibitors put best foot forward at ANE

THE AVN NOVELTY EXPO—a three-day B2B event—opened
its doors for the 2018 installment on January 24, with
buyers and attendees flocking to visit the 60 booths of
exhibitors. This year’s event was presented by Satisfyer
and Partner brands.
Satisfyer had a major presence at the AVN Show, with
booths in the ANE and AVN Adult Entertainment Expo
areas, as well as serving as the presenting sponsor of
ANE. As part of its major advertising push scheduled
for the rest of the year, Satisfyer made sure to inform
retailers of its program of free samples, as well as
showcased its newest items, including the Satisfyer Pro
G-Rabbit, the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration and its new
Satisfyer Men toy, a product that provides sensations that
feel like a mix of vaginal and oral sex. And most exciting
of all, on the fan side of the show, the manufacturer
brought adult superstar Rocco Siffredi to the show
to promote Satisfyer Men—and delight his army of
admirers.
The AVN Novelty Expo drew a wide range of
exhibitors, from first-timers testing out new products
to veteran manufacturers. This year attendees were
greeted by a mix of both. One very familiar name was
Dennis Paradise, who brought his Paradise Marketing
crew to the show. Celebrating 40 years in business this
year, Paradise Marketing is considered a leader in the
marketing and distribution of condoms, lubricants and
other health-related items. On display in the booth
were Astroglide’s organic massage oil Astroglide O
and Trojan’s XOXO condom range, both of which were
nominated for “O” Awards this year. The company’s
Paradise Condoms won a trophy for Best Condom
Manufacturer at the 2018 AVN Awards Show, which
capped off AVN Week at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
Las Vegas.
Another veteran brand that has been around more
than four decades is Topco Sales, which returned to
exhibit at ANE, this time with new anal toys, lay-on
vibrators and items in the popular Penthouse branded
range. In the Climax line, Topco debuted the Climax
Elite Bodi 15X Silicone Palm Vibe. Available in three
colors—pink, seafood and lilac—the Bodi boasts a wide,
flat surface, the top half of which is covered in tiny
textured nubs to better transfer the rumbly vibrations.
The massager can be used to stimulate the clitoris,
vulva, testicles, perineum, nipples or anywhere else.
The massagers start shipping in February. Also from the
major manufacturer is the Down & Dirty range of anal
toys. The pieces are crafted from body-safe materials
and are a little larger than normal, catering to a more
experienced clientele.
Like Topco, Nasstoys has deep roots in the history of
pleasure products in the United States, and company
chief Elliot Schwartz was on hand along with his staff
to show off new items from the East Coast company.
Among these were the first five items in Nasstoys’ new
Infinitt Collection: three suction massagers and two
uniquely shaped massagers made of soft, high-quality
silicone and fully rechargeable. The Infinitt Collection
included the Infinitt Contoured Massager, Infinitt
Suction Massager One, Infinitt Suction Massager Two,
Infinitt Suction Massager Three, and Infinitt Tongue
