the tent area of the show. In each booth, reps
have met with a steady stream of existing and
potential customers to talk about their newest
products, including the Taffy Puller stroker
and the Jelly Bean and Fun Size Swirls bullet
vibes from Rock Candy and Clean on-the-go
wipes from Bedroom Products. The wipes are
hypoallergenic and individually foil wrapped
for easier use.
Svakom reps proudly displayed a number
of the manufacturer’s more popular products,
as well as the new Siren, which debuted earlier
this year.
“The tips of the Siren are really intense,”
explained Alexandro Feynerol, sales manager
for North and South America for Svakom. “But
users can spread the tips apart and press them
against the labia and clitoris for a less intense
feeling.”
The Siren is a double-tongued vibe with
three stimulation settings and a rounded head
for a handle that can also be used for internal
stimulation.
Longtime exhibitor Icon Brands always
has something innovative up its sleeve, and
this time it was the Collage collection of
“tattooed love toys.” These silicone dildos
come in six styles with different multicolored,
intricate designs. Choices include a bold skull
and crossbones motif, whimsical hearts and
rainbows, and floral patterns.
Dame Products was back with its female-
focused vibrators. But the company also
shared some other news this summer with the
debut of Alu, an organic, aloe-based lubricant
formulated to match the vagina’s pH. And they
also announced Grip, a silicone sleeve designed
to make it easier to handle lube bottles.
FemmeFunn debuted not only new products,
but also new lines at the show. Two new CBD
ranges—Hemp Thrill and Nature’s Healer—are
now part of the manufacturer’s offerings, while
the FemmeFunn range has added the fix bullet
vibe and the Momenta dual Kegel balls.
“One ball is a ‘rattler,’ and the other houses
the motor that delivers the vibrations,”
company rep Guz B. said.
First-time exhibitor Lora Di Carlo used
the show as a platform to pre-sell its Ose, a
hands-free device designed to deliver blended
orgasms. The company made mainstream
headlines at the beginning of the year when it
fought CES to receive the Robotics Innovation
award the show issued and then rescinded in
January. The award was restored in May.
Playing Field Opposite page, Zalo and Svakom were among the
companies showing new toys in the tent area, while body care products
from Exsens could be found in the lobby of the main exhibit hall. This page,
top, Satisfyer drew a steady stream of interested buyers to its mega-booth
in the ballroom. Other items on the ANME show floor included Icon Brands’
brand-new Collage range, featuring colorful “tattooed” dildos, and new
toys from Impulse Novelties’ BFF Collection. Photos by Rick Garcia
All Tied Up
High-end vibrator specialist Zalo explored
a very different range with its new BDSM kit
designed and produced in conjunction with
UPKO, a company that creates products using
premium Italian leather.
Zalo USA President Peter Ovsonka explained
the new Doll Series features a collection of
products presented on three foam boards and
housed in a leather carrying case.
“Our designers came up with the ideas
for the luxury product, and we partnered
with UPKO, a well-known and respected
manufacturer known for its leather pieces, to
create the line,” he said.
The wrist cuffs, collar and leash, whip and
ball gag are expertly crafted with leather,
gold metal accents, and designs of branches
and thorns on the leather. The ball gag has a
removable silicone rose, while a matching metal
rose serves as the handle of the whip.
Returning to its usual space near the main
exhibit hall was one of the leaders in BDSM
toys. At the wood-paneled Stockroom space,
new playthings included the Panamorphic
Paddle 3-in-1 Spanking Set. One side of the
paddle is covered in Velcro so that users can
swap out different textures: smooth, faux fur,
and metal-studded. Also from the Kinklab
range was the Obsidian Neon Wand Intensity
Kit, with three silicone attachments to make this
Stockroom standby even more electrifying.
On the other side of the hall was another
venerable brand, Sportsheets, which had buyers
and distributors doing double-takes when
passing the booth, as models sported the new
Em.Ex. Active harnesses.
“They are really getting a lot of attention,” a
company rep said. “We opened up a pre-sale for
them before the show and completely sold out.”
Em.Ex. is designed for more active harness
users, and are comfortable for extended wear.
There are three styles—Fit, Silhouette and
Contour—and sizes run Extra Small to XL.
