pleasure products sector at ANE 10 years ago, exhibited the
We-Vibe Anniversary Collection. The kit includes a limited
edition We-Vibe Sync and an updated Tango by We-Vibe, plus an
exclusive new play case. The collection is inspired by the original
We-Vibe couples vibrator that was launched in Las Vegas in
2008. The Anniversary Collection play case design references the
original We-Vibe case and allows for discreet storage and charging
of both products. Sync and Tango come in a limited edition
iridescent, cosmic purple. The We-Vibe Anniversary Collection
will be available this spring. The crew was also celebrating We-
Vibe founder Bruce Murison, a 2018 inductee into the AVN Hall of
Fame - Pleasure Products Branch.
Clandestine Devices showcased its award-winning Mimic lay-
on massager at ANE, where it debuted last year. The Mimic is a
powerful personal manager that is ergonomically designed to fit
into the palm of the hand and provide external stimulation. Mimic
boasts eight vibrational patterns and six speeds. The waterproof
and rechargeable massager comes in three rich colors—black,
lavender and seafoam green—and resembles a soft and curvy
stingray. This year the company celebrated its first AVN Award
win: a trophy for Best Pleasure Product Manufacturer – Small.
In the booth for Impulse Novelties, the crew showed off the
new packaging for the Black Door collection, which is now
compact, making it better for the environment as well as for
retailers looking to stock even more product on their shelves. Also
proving to be a hit is the Amie range, which features compact
vibrators with a bulbed handle making them easier to hold and
maneuver.
In FemmeFunn’s booth, visitors were treated to the company’s
Turbo items in the Vortex series. The wireless massagers are USB
rechargeable and waterproof, as well as powered by a remote
control. The Vortex motion means the head of the shafts rotate in
360 degrees, and the Turbo function adds an extra boost of power
when it’s desired. The pieces come in light and dark flesh tones,
feature a realistic veiny texture and have suction cup bases so they
can be used on a flat surface during solo play.
Shibari Wands got its start in the industry creating superior
wand-style massagers, but since then has branched out to other
products. On display in the company’s booth were the Hello, Sexy
range of items designed to be playfully cute and help people bring
sexy fun into the bedroom. The range includes BlingBling Mini
Massagers, a Curved Power Massager and Amped Up Arousal
Gel. New Items in the booth included Cherry Kegel Balls—a set
of five individual Kegel exercisers in different colors and different
weights—and the Beso pleasure product. The Beso capitalizes
on the recent popularity of products that provide suction for
clitoral stimulation, but adds to the experience by providing eight
different types of suction.
