An on-set interview with Ramon Nomar segues into scene one, titled “Hollywood Glam” and starting with a black-and-white intro featuring Kate sashaying down a staircase.
Documentary footage in New York leads to a blowbang directed by Jonni Darkko with Dillon Diaz, Johnny Hill, Pierce Paris and Ruckus.
Disc two starts with prepping for the Expo show floor followed by a three- way directed by Stagliano with Kate and Kenzie Taylor styled as fashion dolls and Ricky Larkin in camo.
