Victor Tobar
Pleasure Chest promotes
staffer to national director slot
Pleasure Chest, Ltd. has announced
that Victor Tobar will be taking the
position of national director of retail
and purchasing.
In this new role, Tobar will join the
core national leadership team in a new
capacity, working directly with owner
Brian Robinson and Head of Business
Operations Sarah Tomchesson to
oversee the day-to-day operations of the
purchasing and retail departments.
Tobar has spent the past six years
with the Pleasure Chest as manager
of Pleasure Chest’s Upper East Side
Manhattan location, and most recently
as national buying and merchandising
manager. Prior to joining the Pleasure
Chest, Tobar had been working in sex
toy retail with Babeland since 2005.
After leaving Babeland, Tobar entered
the non-profit sector while attending
City University of New York and
studying biology.
“Victor’s extensive experience at the
retail store level, sales and event savvy,
and highly developed leadership skills,
make him a perfect fit to lead our store
and purchasing teams. I look forward to
Victor’s increased input in our national
initiatives, leadership development, as
well as our sales and events strategy,”
said Tomchesson.
Jennifer Brice
Wicked Sensual Care hires new
director of sales
Wicked Sensual Care has hired industry
veteran Jennifer Brice as director of
sales.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer

brings a tremendous amount of
experience and knowledge which will

Brice brings expertise and finesse to
her position from her work within the

Heather Bond
Vibrant brings on new
marketing manager
Vibrant, the Denver-based social
enterprise shopping site for body-
safe adult toys with proceeds funding
Planned Parenthood of the Rocky
Mountains, announced the hiring of
Heather Bond as part of the company’s
marketing team.
“We are extremely excited to have
Heather join Vibrant as we continue
to grow the product lines we offer as
well as expand our customer base,”

experience both in marketing as well

Bond will use her 20 years of
marketing and advertising experience

Sportsheets taps new
marketing director
Sportsheets has brought on John Turi to serve as
marketing director. He comes to the company with
a background in design, branding, and online
strategy.
