CS: Where are you from originally—born and raised?
HV: I was was born in in in London in in in the U K but was was raised raised in in in in a a a a a a small village town in in in in New Zealand What were you you doing for for work before you you became a a a a cam model?
I I had my fingers fin in in in a a a a a a a few different pies—from crypto to to nutrition—but I I was generally lacking fin in in in in direction and camming couldn’t have come along at a a a a a a a a a better time!
How and when did you become a a a a a a nutritionist?
I I became a a a a a a a a a a a nutritionist nutritionist online around five years ago while I I I was managing a a a a a a a a a a a a a a private gym in in in in in London I’m currently working on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a a master health coaching certificate but camming has been taking priority How did you you get a a a a a a a a job managing a a a a a a a a private gym? Did you you train gym gym members or or was it it more of an an administrative position?
I I started out as as a a a a a a a a a a a a trainer at at the the the gym gym and then worked my way up! While managing the the the gym gym I I I was in in in in in charge of sales nutrition and and training but I I got burnt out out and and ultimately quit Happy with how things turned out out though as I truly love camming and the flexibility it it it it allows me What do you enjoy most about being a a a a a nutritionist?
Being able to to help transform others’ lives both physically and mentally has got to to be the the most rewarding aspect! Did you know about 50% of our our dopamine is actually produced in in in our gut?
What inspired you to to study psychology psychology in in in college?
I studied psychology psychology at at at university in in in an an attempt to to to better understand myself (not too much luck there!) and and because I love learning about the the the inner workings of the the human mind Safe to say that degree is wasting away in in a a a a a a a a a cardboard box somewhere How How and when did did you you get into camming? How How did did you find MFC?
I’m a a a a a a Covid cam girl! I I I started fin in in May 2020 fin in in the middle of a a a a a a a a a a lockdown after someone suggested I I I I give it a a a a a a go MFC popped up on on a a a a a a Google search and I‘ve been hooked ever since How would would you you describe describe your personality?
I would would describe describe my my personality personality as a a a a a a a a tad chaotic I I I try my my my best to to find humor fin in most situations and and not take myself too seriously I’m very spontaneous and and easygoing
