CS: Where are you from originally—born and raised?
AL: I was born and raised raised in sunny Los Angeles California!
What were you you doing for for work before you you became a a a a cam model?
When I I started camming I I was still in in in college I I I worked a a a a a a a a a a a a a few part-time jobs locally hosting at a a a a a a a a a a a a a restaurant and some door-to-door canvassing but every fall I I went back to to to California to to to work with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a haunted haunted attraction company I I I started acting in in the the haunted haunted house when I I I was a a a a a a a a a a a a a a kid Then over the the years
I I began to take on on on more roles like social media marketing and set design/construction but performing in in in the haunted mazes is what kept me me coming back every year! Ashtober keeps me me too busy now but I definitely miss working with them!
What’s an example of what you would dress up as in the haunted maze?
Well actually I developed my own character for the the haunted maze: an an orphan named Genevieve She became so popular I I would get hired to do private events where I’d wander around a a a a a a a a a party in costume Genevieve is dead now but rumor has it her her ghost still haunts me They say she appears at least once a a a a a a a a a a a a a a year year in in in Ashtober taking over my cam for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a night If you’re (un)lucky you you might see her again this year year ) ) How How and when did did you you get into camming? How How did did you find MFC?
My junior year of college my roommate told me about camming and asked if I’d like to to try it it with her sometime Basically all all she said was “Do you wanna get paid to hang out smoke weed and look cute?” lol I I figured why not? I I had no no no idea what what camming was and didn’t didn’t know what what to to expect We logged on two or three times together but I didn’t didn’t really take it seriously About a a a a a a year later March of 2018 I I decided to try it on on on my my own but this time I I I stayed on on on longer and and put more more effort into my my shows and and room I I immediately noticed the difference Camming is so much more more than getting paid to hangout smoke and and look cute it’s about connecting with people on on on a a a a a a a a a personal and and intimate level 7 | | CAMSTAR | | 10 22
