“Every community has it’s problems but I’ve found
inspiration in the cam community like no other.”
How has your camming/clips career
changed your perspective on sex work?
I’ve never had a problem with sex work
outright. I did have a lot of internalized
shame surrounding sexuality though. I
struggled to find meaning and value in my
work because it’s so heavily stigmatized.
Then I started reading books by and about
sex work(ers). Over the years I went from
being on edge about what I was doing
to being proud of my job. Now I realize
that not only does sex work have value
but it’s important. We all have different
experiences, but for me sex workers enable
people to release the shame they carry.
Sex workers offer validation many people
never receive otherwise about their most
intimate feelings. Our society uses shame
as a weapon regardless of its destruction. I
want to live life shamelessly and I hope that
encourages others to do the same. Despite
the stigma and hatred, sex workers are
accepting people as they are and bringing
them joy. That shouldn’t be a radical act
but it is.
What have you learned about yourself
since you started camming?
I can do more than I think. It’s easy to limit
yourself out of fear but camming motivated
me like no other to push myself. It’s also
reinforced the lesson that surrounding
myself with ambitious and powerful women
feeds my soul. Every community has it’s
problems but I’ve found inspiration in the
cam community like no other.
We think you have an awesome TikTok
game…What’s your favorite kind of
music? Which song have you listened to
the most in the past month?
I love TikTok! I just hit 76K followers on
there! Songs from there will get caught in
my head for days. My music taste is all over
the map but people might find it funny to
know I mostly go to metal/punk concerts.
On the daily, I listen to Lofi. I’ve been
playing Beartooth’s “After All” on repeat this
past month. Indie, alternative and dubstep
are my other faves.
Name two or three of your best
strengths. What are you truly great at?
The strengths I value most in myself are
my creative mindset and my ability to move
forward despite fear. I’m also an expert at
Jenga, I swear.
