Abbey Rhode faced several challenges in recent
years while she juggled college and camming, but one
thing remained constant: she never stopped trying to
succeed.
“My greatest achievement so far has been getting
my degrees!” Rhode says. “It took me a long time but I
finished when sometimes I just wanted to give up!”
Now as she approaches her eight-year camiversary
on MyFreeCams in October, she has plenty of reasons
to celebrate. Armed with degrees in Psychology and
Family Studies—and with her future sights set on a
Master’s in Social Work—Rhode at press time had just
closed on her first home.
To describe the former blackjack dealer as goal-
oriented would be an understatement.
“I am hardworking, empathetic and willing to try
new things,” Rhode says. “I’d say that I am very driven.
When I set a goal, I will do everything I can to achieve
it—sometimes to a fault.”
Rhode’s supportive MFC members—for whom she is
grateful every day she logs on—know that all too well.
“I like to be silly and sexual,” Rhode says. “You
never really know what you’re going to get in my room
and I love it that way.”
