P. 8
What were you doing for work before you became
a cam model?
I was in health care before I worked for MFC. I did
a variety of different things. I worked for a company
doing home care, taking care of the disabled adults
in my area, which was really fun. I worked for a
nursing home with elderly patients and overall it was
just exhausting. My hats off to people who can do
that long term because it’s absolutely backbreaking
and sometimes heartbreaking, too. It’s definitely
a difficult career path that just wasn’t meant for
me to do full time or long term. But I still use my
nursing degree to take care of a little old man part-
time, managing his home care. If I don’t then my
credentials go away, so I keep it up even though I
don’t see myself ever returning to full-time health
care.
How did you build your community on MFC?
I was not an overnight success story. Some models
start out and they’re instantly ‘top whatever,’ and
that’s amazing for them. It definitely took a little while
to build up a client base. … When I first started out
I did a lot of privates. Those are relationships that I
built early on and quite a few people are still around
or will pop up intermittently, which is always fun
to reminisce and welcome them back. Otherwise,
consistency. I am on during the same late-evening
timeframe Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
and my most loyal supporters work that into their
routines so they can spend time with me.
What do you like most about camming?
I would say the freedom that it gives me to
completely, 100 percent determine what my life is.
