MFC’s Skylar Starr On Good Vibes,
Animal Noises & Video Games
Skylar Starr prefers to be spontaneous on any given
day when she logs onto MyFreeCams. The free-
wheeling leader of the Starr Fleet describes her shows
as “totally random and full of smiles.”“As much as I
envy girls who can organize each day into a calendar
of events, I just am not built that way. I am terrible at
making decisions,” Starr jokes. “So we take each day
as it comes and we as a group decide what we do that
day. “On occasion I will get an idea for a show like
Lovense painting—or a pool day—but they normally
are totally unplanned and spur of the moment.”It’s an
approach that has worked quite well for the former
barista from California, who is approaching two-and-a-
half years entertaining crowds on MFC.
An avid gamer with a passion for photography and
Robert Downey Jr., the model known as LadyStarr has
found an audience by always being herself; in fact, she
recommends maintaining authenticity to any newer
model trying to grow their room.
“Just do you—I can’t stress this enough,” Starr
says. “When I first began I was extremely shy and the
only way that I could get myself to feel comfy and
confident was to do what felt right to me—what came
naturally. Focus on making your stream a fun place
that you like to hang out in and they will come. Trust
me.”
In this exclusive Q&A for CAMStar, Starr elaborates
on her camming routine, why she’s a “fruit mom,” the
origin of the “goatphin,” and how she can probably
kick your ass on Apex Legends, among other things.
