How challenging was it to learn how
to be a sushi chef?
Since I always enjoyed sushi and
that was my absolute favorite food
back then, I got to learn everything
pretty quick. The only thing that
was challenging was how to cut and
prepare the different fish for nigiri. It
looks easy, but it is super difficult.
What’s something most people
don’t know about being a sushi
chef?
Most people don’t know how much
time it takes to prepare everything
and also how much technique goes
into cutting the different fishes.
What’s your favorite kind of sushi to
prepare or eat?
I like Dragon Roll the best. I used to
make it all the time when I worked as
a sushi chef.
What do you like most about
camming?
I like that I can make my own
schedule and that I have the freedom
to travel. Being able to work wherever
you want and when you want is
fantastic.
When did you change your screen
name to Kiwikix? What was your
inspiration for that?
Kiwikix is only a temporary name
that I thought was super cute. I will go
back to Sunhiee soon. My inspiration
for it was that there is a candy called
Kix, that I love, and I also love kiwi
fruits.
