Let’s face it—if there’s one type of
movie Ricky Greenwood was plunked
into Porn Valley to make, this is it.
What might surprise some, however,
about this first full-length bite (pardon
the pun) for the decorated director at
the worm-infested zombie porn apple
is that it contains very little gore—and
zero “outrageous” sex scenes.
On the contrary, each of Raw’s four
sexual excursions is all heat, no viscera
... and that’s a big part of what makes
the movie both a departure from its
predecessors in the sub-genre and a
triumph of porn-making that doesn’t
forget its core purpose.
Of course, with 2025 AVN Female
Performer of the Year Anna Claire
Clouds in the lead and three of those
four scenes, one would expect little
else. And the gal does not disappoint.
Since Raw premiered on
DigitalPlayground.com last fall, it feels
like it’s been a bit of a sleeper. But with
it now available on DVD and VOD, trust
us—this is one you do not want to let
pass you by.
