In the tradition of Bridesmaids, Girls
Trip, and The Hangover, Single Minded
is a raunchy, female-led comedy that
celebrates friendship in the face of bad
decisions and missed opportunities.
Sinatra Monroe plays a former
nymphomaniac looking to go straight
with her clean-cut fiancé. Her ride-or-
dies, however, have other plans. On
the evening before her wedding, they
embark on a bachelorette party that
will test Monroe’s resolve.
First up: Male firefighting strippers.
Charles Dera and Dante Colle get
everyone wet when they start swinging
their big hoses around. The group
scene is fire, with pairings rotating
like musical chairs and at one point
recreating a Human Centipede.
A trip to the club is next, and Nicole
Doshi and Baby Gemini bang club
owner John Strong while Monroe and
Vore flee to avoid running into Monroe’s
fiancé’s sister. They get pulled over by
cops who fuck them on top of their
police cruiser. Monroe’s acting chops
are impressive, and Vore’s performance
is comedy gold.
