The sun is approaching the horizon on this balmy autumn late afternoon. The rural
dirt road approaching the location house—conveniently a few minutes away from a
major freeway—is quiet and the air is still.
It’s a good day for an orgy.
Unlike the bucolic surroundings, the location house is a hubbub of activity. Cars
are parked in every available space, techs are moving props and lights into the large
room repurposed as an orgy chamber. Curtains on frames mask doorways. In the
makeup room, artists and costumers are applying glamour makeup and adorning
bodies with gold chains and transparent ankle-length pullover sheaths, while the
male talent—in T-shirts, hoodies, jeans and sweatpants—wander around making
small talk and snacking at the craft table. In one corner of the makeup room, Isiah
Maxwell, wearing a crown of gold leaves and a black robe, eats a salad. “Pre-
game,” he chuckles, while watching a basketball game on his cell phone, propped
up against a vase.
“Today we’re shooting a big movie for Dorcel. ... It’s an orgy today. We have 18
sextras and eight people in the foreground,” director Ricky Greenwood tells me. “It’s
the final scene of the movie. The story involves Adriana Chechik and her husband
Tommy Pistol. Tommy works a lot, has a lot of money, and he decides to create a gift
for her, so he’s making a kind of treasure hunt, with little riddles and you have to find
and lead to the next one. It leads to Tommy getting kidnapped, so now they have to
find out who kidnapped him and save him. Today’s scene is like the end. She winds
up at a sex party, and then... something happens. I don’t want to give it away.”
This is the fifth day of production, to be followed by two days of location work in
Miami and almost a year of post-production by Dorcel: “We’ll wrap production on
Halloween, and this one will be released in September of next year. Dorcel, which
is based in Paris, France, has to dub the movie in six or seven different languages.
It’s not subtitled, they really dub the movie. They use different voices for different
countries. Everything I shot this year for Dorcel is for next year. Now we’re planning
2027.”
I chat for a moment with Sophia Locke. I haven’t seen her since the last orgy I
covered. One of the back-up extras, in full makeup and gold cord, places her cell
phone on a tripod and strikes poses. “It’s my first orgy,” Ashley Lane tells me. “I’ve
never done one before. Not even in real life. I got booked for one once, but I had to
cancel. I’m looking forward to fucking everybody,” she adds with a chuckle. River
Lynn and Millie Morgan chat on a couch.
