I’ve been using ChatGPT as my
dungeon master.”
Angelina Moon isn’t what she seems. She might be a wood nymph one day or a
seductive sorceress on another, or even role-playing Sailor Moon, her manga namesake.
She showed up for the interview in a long, softly curled, platinum grey-colored wig,
which contrasts oddly with her extremely youthful looks. One would never guess that
the petite, pixieish Asian starlet is 40.
“All the directors kind of know me as the one that looks like she’s in her twenties,
but is actually forty,” Moon, who is repped by ATMLA, told AVN. “And then they get
such a kick out of making other people guess my age. That’s like the funnest thing.”
She said that often, when being cast, agents slot her for MILF roles—a fantasy trope
which she happily plays. But, when not busy shooting adult scenes for studios like
MYLF, Brazzers, and Evil Angel, among others, this geeky gamer girl would rather be
playing Dungeons & Dragons, working on her latest cosplay costume, or writing code.
As she told a follower on X recently, who asked what she likes to do in her free time,
“Well, my current special interest is developing/coding a customized smartwatch
component that is similar to the ‘At a Glance’ feature on Google, but utilizes real-time
live traffic data from a mapping API... But what pays the bills is sex work.”
Moon has a compelling idea for combining all her interests onto one platform with a
Dungeons & Dragons-based video series featuring adult stars as players, not unlike
the Dungeons and Drag Queens YouTube series from Dimension 20, which is followed
by more than one million D&D enthusiasts. A friend and collaborator, the CEO of a
popular cosplay fan show, would like to produce the series. Moon’s theory is that the
series would be a great venue to introduce D&D fans and gamers to adult performers,
as opposed to gonzo scenes for uninitiated viewers.
“They will adopt once they know something. Yeah,” Moon said of gamers and fantasy
fans. “Once they understand, like, they won’t be so hit in the face with just the sex
part of it. Because it’s a little like when they’re just, ‘Here’s a porn star and here’s her
having sex.’ Right? Immediately you’re like, ‘Oh my God—three things in her butt!’”
“Like, wow. Whoa. It’s like, let’s get to know her first,” she laughed.
“Like even in the comments for the drag show,” Moon commented on Dimension 20’s
series. “A lot of the comments were just like, ‘This is amazing,’ because it’s bringing
drag stars into the nerd world, the fan world. You’re merging these two like fandoms
and these two cultures together, and introducing them in a very welcoming, safe,
approachable way. So, it’s like, we’re not bombarding anybody with anything.
