Anna Claire Clouds believes that porn production is way underrated.
“I feel like a lot of people don’t give credit to what we’re able to do in a day,” Clouds tells
me. “Like every single person working on set, they are just so talented.
“We get to a location, see the location and decide how we’re going to shoot it at the same
time that I’m arriving on set.
“I work with so many incredibly talented people and it’s a beautiful thing.”
Clouds tends to do her part in the movies rather well, too, and now she has a bunch of
gold statuettes to show for it, including 2025 trophies for AVN Female Performer of the Year,
Best Anal Sex Scene, Best Gangbang Scene and Best Solo/Tease Performance; she won
her first AVN in 2023 for Best Three-Way Sex Scene.
“I love this industry and this community,” Clouds says. “I’ve always been a big fan of porn
history and I love porn as a whole when it comes to every part of it.”
That much became evident with her standout performances over the past five-plus years
since she made her debut just weeks before the pandemic shut down the country.
Back then as the Nashville native was finding her way in adult, the coveted AVN Female
Performer of the Year crown was not something she considered to be within reach. Sure,
Clouds wanted it, but she didn’t know how to get it.
That changed in early 2024, when she sat down with agents Mark Spiegler and George
Jiries of the Spiegler Girls agency to discuss possible representation—and they encouraged
her to think big.
“They said, ‘We know what you can do. We’re going to help you do that,’” Clouds recalls.
“When I joined Spiegler and George, my goal was just to be with the best of the best, to be
able to do the best that I could do.
“And it turns out that also means becoming Female Performer of the Year.”
