Victoria Voxxx packs her guitar and her ambition ("I'm gonna be a star") and hits the road to follow her dreams, landing in a rural small town and working at a beer bar for room and board. Beer bar owner Chad Alva, waitress Sophia Locke, and country singer wannabe Queenie Sateen all have their small-town secrets, and when Alva decides to return to the stage as a country music singer to save the bar from foreclosure, the ensuing concert gives them all a chance to shine.
The measured pace of the production reflects the laid-back country music/ small town elements of the story, and six sex scenes, ranging from a solo to a five-way orgy (including a trans performer), add value. Voxxx, Sateen and Alva do their own singing, adding an element of realism. Alive was nominated in five categories at the 2025 AVN Awards: Best Music, Best Leading Actress for Victoria Voxxx, Best Leading Actor for Chad Alva, Best Supporting Actress for Sophia Locke, and Grand Reel.
