Cars chase each other through the desert. Gunshots. Tommy Pistol swings to a stop, hobbles out of his car, Brooklyn Gray dispatches him easily. Gray opens the trunk, finds Air Thugger tied up inside.
Buckle up, we're going for a ride.
Thugger's pop is echoed almost immediately by Gray's car exploding and the sudden appearance of Van Wylde in a camper telling them, “Get in, we don't have all day!”
When the camper pulls into Wire Ridge, Gray tells local honcho Angel Youngs and her crew they're "just passing through," but Youngs tells her, “You have to pay the toll.”
Bad guys led by a masked April Olsen attack Wire Ridge, vaporizing Youngs and offering her crew a join- us-or-die ultimatum.
Visually exciting, Wasteland Ultra offers a confusing plot with enough dressing (and undressing) to provide a fun romp. Recommended.
