“I would’ve never thought I would be chosen for this role. I’m beyond excited and super honored. I also know that AVN has so many options to choose from for these roles, so it feels kind of unreal. This will be an experience I won’t forget.”
A self-styled “internet goofball” from Northern California, Mighty Emelia has a penchant for cosplay, which was on display in October when she unveiled numerous themed costumes during her cam shows. She logged on as Wonder Woman, Slave Leia, Harley Quinn, a Greek goddess, Sailor Moon, a pumpkin and even as a burger, among other sexy looks.
“October is always really fun for me,” Emelia said. “I love doing dress-up and cosplay and the more artistic and creative side of things, so October is always a really good month for that.
“I had the most fun with my new costumes.”
One of her new outfits was inspired by The Purge.
“I actually just did it last minute and we played this game where if we didn’t get a
goal, basically I died, so they killed me a couple times,” Emelia joked. “It was just kind of creepy wearing a mask because the viewers can’t tell if you’re happy or not. But it’s also kind of a fun change because I think I’m usually smiling, but they couldn’t tell.”
Malkova, who also captured an AVN Award for Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene in 2014, emerged as one of the most popular adult performers of the past decade with more than 600 credits through 2018. During the past three years she has continued to raise her profile through independent content creation and more recently—Twitch. Still, Mia admits she was “100 percent surprised” to get the call to host.
