“I love how the industry is like its own little bubble—and everyone’s awesome.”
Mila Monet tells AVN that no one in her hometown of Pittsburgh would’ve guessed that she would become an adult film star.
“I was in a four-year relationship all through high school,” says the 19-year-old performer, who in October surpassed her one-year anniversary in adult and in November moved from LA to Miami. “I was really quiet—I was so quiet. I had a job from when I was 16 until when I moved out here.
“I was just a waitress at a little diner down the street from my house. No one would expect this at all.”
But as soon as Mila broke up with her boyfriend, “I started going out acting all crazy.” “And I was like, I love this,” she continues. “I just love being wild and having fun. And it’s just the best job. It’s awesome. And I talked to my parents about it before I moved out
here and they’re really cool. They’re 100 percent supportive, honestly... Thank god.”
A gymnast for six years who also was a cheerleader in high school, Monet started an
OnlyFans account “like the day I turned 18.”
“I already knew I wanted to do it,” Mila admits. “And then literally the same month I
started it, I started getting messages from agencies.”
She chose Motley Models for representation and then flew to Las Vegas three days
later.
“It was really quick,” says the 5-foot-9 starlet who already has amassed 109K followers
on Twitter.
Among her 40-plus credits so far are a recent anal scene with Keiran Lee for Brazzers,
Deeper (twice), Reality Kings, Team Skeet, New Sensations, Jules Jordan, NetVideoGirls, Bang, BlackedRaw and Girlfriends Films.
She says her first Deeper scene—titled “Apt 1698”—with Oliver Flynn was a blast.
“Oh my gosh, there were just so many people there. It was such a big scene, like it took forever and it was just so much fun,” Mila says. “I love being on set with them. They’re all
really nice people.”
She returned to Deeper to take on three-time Male Performer of the Year Mick Blue in a
scene called “Comfort.”
Monet still wants to work for Tushy and also with Johnny Sins in a professional scene. “I have no regrets,” Monet says. “I don’t have anything that makes me feel like I don’t
want to be here. I love the business. I love Motley, they’re awesome. I love all the people here. I love how the industry is like its own little bubble—and everyone’s awesome.”
