Natalie Mars sure knows how to do Vegas.
This past January she won Transgender Performer of the Year at the 2020 AVN
Awards on January 25 and then married her girlfriend Mistress Damazonia the next
day at A Little White Chapel.
It was that kind of weekend for Natalie, who also captured Favorite Trans Porn
Star and Favorite Trans Cam Star in the AVN Fan Voting—and starred in the 2020
Best Transgender Production, Transfixed: Natalie Mars Showcase, from Adult Time.
“I didn’t even know they were going to make a showcase out of my scenes, so when
it got nominated and all that—and then winning—also came as a bit of a surprise,
but a pleasant one of course,” Mars says. “I was just hoping to win Transgender
Performer of the Year and then I ended up winning a few different things, which
was really cool.
“It was definitely a surreal experience winning and getting to go up on stage and
be in front of everyone in the industry.”
We talked to our cover girl in August during the sixth month of the pandemic that
has given everyone time to reflect. As the adult industry ramps up again Natalie
wants to focus more on creating her own content but will still step up for select
professional productions.
“Specifically, the ones that seem a little bit more artistically interesting,” Natalie
says.
“I like working for everyone really. I like the crews and the people, but I don’t
want to be running around nonstop and spending all day on set for less than I can
probably make if I stayed home and just did my own thing. I can always do both.
“It’s more just keeping my name and face out there with the mainstream stuff and
just for the fun of it really—the adventure.”
In this issue, we also spotlight Lana Del Bae, a Chaturbate broadcaster from
Oregon whose philanthropic efforts on cam have led to donations to several national
charities.
