MORE STAY AT HOME YOGA = MORE STAY
AT HOME SEX
If you want to have more sex, do yoga alone or with a
partner. In addition to making you stronger and more
fl exible, yoga positions rush blood to a man’s junk and a
woman’s lady business. Dr. Nancy Sutton Pierce, a clinical
sexologist and yoga instructor says, “My husband and
I have been practicing and teaching couple’s yoga for
the last 25 years. We credit our yoga for the continued
deepening bond and sexual desire for each other. Our
overall health and fl exibility most certainly improves the
quality of our lives, including our sex energy and physical
ability to enjoy sensual pleasure.”
BREATHING AND ORGASMING: SOME HOW TO’S
A big part of the yoga experience is the breathing. Yoga
off ers some sex take-away’s for both men and women. For
men, once you’re actually thrusting, you can exhale deeply
as you thrust inside. Inhale deeply as you pull out. Try to
synchronize your breathing with your partner’s. It’s sort of
like synchronized swimming except that you are matching
your inhales and your exhales. Your/his boner will stay erect
longer as he “pushes back” and delays his orgasm.
For women, yoga breathing techniques come in
handy during orgasm time. As you feel like you may be
approaching an orgasm, close your eyes and breathe
deeply. It’s the same technique yoga instructors use when
they tell you to inhale and then “breathe into” your pelvis,
which sends the breath down into your sweet spot as
you exhale. Breathe into an orgasm by focusing on your
breathing rather than your orgasm.
SEXYCISES: PARTNER YOGA
Sexologist Ava Cadell says that, “Couples can become
emotionally connected through physical touch.” She thinks
of couples yoga as emotional and physical foreplay. “For
years I’ve found that couples get the quickest and most
positive results when they connect physically,” she says.
Cadell recruited 19 of her smartest and sexiest sexperts,
which included psychologists, sex therapists, marriage
counselors, and yoga experts. Her video “Sexycises By
Sexperts, Ying Yang Yoga For Intimacy” (sexycises.com)
expertly demonstrates how it’s done. The sexercises
combine Kindalini, Vinyasa, and Tantric yoga, as well as
extreme and incredible acroyoga poses. The exercises
range from easy to porn star, and are scaled for the
beginner, intermediate, and advanced sexyciser.
“Partner yoga can boost intimacy and lead to the best
sex of your life,” she says.
