Anne Amari was a go-go dancer before she
became a porn starlet. The Fort Lauderdale
native, now 24, dreamed of dancing in high
school. But after dancing for a while, “I kind
of got bored of it so ... I just asked around.”
Amari says she “just kind of did my research”
and then got into porn. It was in Miami that
she did her first adult scene, with Duncan
Saint, for Digital Playground.
She moved out west to see how L.A.
compared to shooting in Florida. “Here it’s
more production. ... I want to do the acting
part of it.” One highlight so far was working
for Wicked Pictures in Axel Braun’s Brown
Sugar 3 opposite Ramon Nomar. “That was
fun, I really enjoyed that. It’s cool.”
She likes working in porn because “I get to
show the sexual side of myself. When I was
dancing I was, like, covering myself. I don’t
know … it’s just not me. I like to be naked.”
She does both boy-girl and girl-girl but says,
“I like boy-girl better.” Recent partners include
Steve Holmes, Jay Smooth and Louie Smalls.
