TS erotica goes to
the Darkko side
Few mainstream porn studios
can boast a catalog of transsexual
porn as rich as Evil Angel, shot by
directors Joey Silvera, Jay Sin and
Aiden Starr.
But in his long history with
Evil Angel (since 2004), Jonni
Darkko had yet to work with trans
performers. This spring the director
made his first foray into TS erotica
with Trans Glam, a trans-on-cis-girl
title that is out now from Evil Angel.
On set for the movie back in
March, Darkko talked about how
the project came about. The
director says that he’s often been
approached about shooting trans
porn. “Everyone’s been asking me
for years,” he admits, but he felt it
was a little far afield for him. “I felt
I’d developed my own niche and
I would stick to it.” Also, Darkko
“didn’t want to step on Joey’s toes.”
But as he watched Aiden Starr
find her own approach to the genre,
Darkko’s interest grew. So he
emailed Evil Angel Chief Creative
