PornDoe Premium strikes deal
for European TV distro
Vivid Entertainment television branch VividTV has
signed an agreement with European producer
PornDoe Premium for exclusive television
distribution rights in Europe to six movies per
month from the company’s best-known labels.
Under the agreement, VividTV will have linear
broadcast and VOD rights to titles from PornDoe
Premium imprints XChimera, The White Boxxx, XXX
Shades, Kinky Inlaws, My Naughty Album and
Pinup Sex.
“Films from PornDoe Premium are among the
absolute best in Europe,” Vivid senior vice
president of operations K.C. Santana said. “The
multi-award-winning PornDoe Premium studios
shoot some of the highest quality adult
entertainment on the continent and they are
unequaled from both a creative and technical
perspective.”
PornDoe Premium is one of the largest
production houses in Europe, working with 14
exclusive producers and some of the most widely
known European stars, including Apolonia
Lapiedra, Nataly Gold, Anissa Kate, Tina Kay,
Nancy A., twin sisters Silvia and Eveline Dellai,
Misha Cross and Stella Cox.

MMX
Minds and Machines buys
.xxx, other adult TLDs
The internet domain extensions.xxx,
.porn, .sex and .adult have a new home
after the internet marketing firm Minds
and Machines—also known as MMX—
bought out the previous owner of those
top level domains, ICM Registry.
According to a report on the internet
business news site Domain Name Wire,
MMX paid $10 million in cash plus
another $31 million in stock shares
to acquire ICM, which reported sales
$7.27 million last year.
MMX also owns 28 other top
level domains, with over 1.4 million
registrations, the company says.
The founder of ICM Registry, Stuart
Lawley, now becomes the single largest
shareholder in MMX, controlling
15 percent of the company’s shares,
Domain Name Wire reported. Five
other top ICM executives will also
become “meaningful” shareholders,
according to a statement issued by
MMX.
“Having successfully built and
sold several technology businesses
throughout my career in other
consolidating markets, it became clear
over the last few years that ICM’s
business, shareholders and employees
would be best served as part of a
larger group with the corresponding
resources, vision, opportunities and
obvious cost savings that would bring,”
Lawley said, explaining the decision to
sell the company.
PumaPay
Blockchain company raises
$117M in private token sale
Decentralized Vision, the Cyprus-based
blockchain company, ended the private
sale for its PumaPay project by raising
$117 million on May 7.
The fundraising has resulted in the
Token Generation Event that produced
the total supply of 78,042,956,829 PMA
tokens.
PumaPay’s PullPayment Protocol was
created with the mission to incorporate
crypto payments into daily life. Its
approach reverses the mechanisms
of a transaction, enabling merchants
to “pull” crypto funds from their
customers’ account, thus avoiding
the drawbacks of the current banking
systems such as high transaction costs,
the insecurity of chargebacks (reverse
transactions) and associated fines, and
the lack of customer anonymity.
PumaPay Protocol supports payment
practices that have been impossible
on the blockchain, including recurring
payments with fixed and variable
amounts, pay-per-use transactions,
restricted and split payments and
more, enabling merchants to run their
businesses the way they’re used to with
credit cards.
PumaPay has collaborated with
several adult entertainment giants, in
various verticals in the adult industry.
In total, more than 40 representatives
of the adult industry have come
onboard, the company said.
