Confessions of a Sinful Nun
The newest director in the Mile High family, Ricky
Greenwood, got off to an ambitious start with his first
movie for Sweetheart Video. His efforts paid off, with
Confessions of a Sinful Nun nominated for seven AVN Awards,
including Best Drama.
At the center of Confessions is Charlotte Stokely, a young
nun who is fighting her sexual desire for women—a battle
made tougher when she runs across Penny Pax and Darcie
Dolce enjoying carnal pleasures in the verdant countryside
surrounding the nunnery. As the two nuns lift up their habits
to reveal lush, busty figures, Charlotte watches, transfixed, until
she hears someone approaching and calls out to warn them.
And it doesn’t help her struggle that the nunnery is awash
with lesbian-leaning sisters—straight up to the top, as
evidenced in a tryst between the Mother Superior (veteran star
Nina Hartley) and her right-hand nun (a stern Mona Wales).
The girl/girl sex scenes all benefit from Greenwood’s
“nunsploitation” vibe, and the dramatic lighting, visually
interesting religious trappings and moody emotional tone
earned the movie award nominations for cinematography and
art direction.
It’s a promising start for a director new to adult, made
stronger with help from his fellow Mile High directors. In
addition to handling the cinematography, James Avalon plays
a priest; Dana Vespoli co-directs the sex scenes and also
plays a nun (both non-sex roles). And the good news is that
Greenwood is just getting started: he began shooting his second
movie last month, to be released later this year.

camerawork combined with

makes Eva Lovia shine as never
before in one of the best ever star
showcases. It’s basically a feature-

lite, with Eva as a bestselling erotic novelist who’s running low on inspiration.
She gets encouraged by boyfriend Jean Val Jean, who happens to be her publisher.
There is palpable chemistry between Eva and Jean. Shot against Lansky’s trademark
all-white background, their coupling is hyper-sexual yet romantic. He sticks his tongue
deep in her asshole, practically gaping it. And then he slides his dick in, making her
moan ecstatically.
This is billed as Eva’s “first anal,” and it’s a good long one—beautifully photographed,
expertly edited, and very hot.
Eva visits best friend Riley Reid, a fashion designer, for more inspiration. They take
off for a pool party with lots of hot people carousing. Picked up by Manuel Ferrara,
they immediately fall into three-way action. Riley does the dick-sucking as party guests
watch and drool.
“He’s gonna fuck us good,” Riley giggles. And of course he does, with each lady
taking his monster cock in her butthole.
For Eva, the thrill of all the anal sex makes inspiration “just pour out of me.” She
realizes she needs to find real-life vibes
for every chapter.
Next stop: interracial (Eva’s first).
When a nice young man, Ricky Johnson,
shows up at her office, she takes him
home to fuck. They wind up with some
well-delivered anal that seems to make
Eva feel even more empowered.
Jean tells her that her nemesis, a
female critic who has always put her
down as sexually clueless, wants to
meet her. As played by Kayden Kross,
she’s all business. There is tension at
first with the two women sizing each
other up as opponents. Eva makes a
play for her. “I used to hate you but
now I want to fuck you.” Excellent
action between two gorgeous women,
beautifully shot.
Jean loves the way Eva’s book is
developing but thinks it needs a really
strong ending. She says she’s always
fantasized about having two men
at once, and Jean says he’ll set it up
himself.
He gets Euro-buddy Christian Clay to
share her. Jean does the first anal entry
while Eva strokes Christian. He gapes
her hugely, then Christian takes over.
He stays in the top hole with Jean in the
pussy as Eva moans and sighs.
In a brief coda we learn that a year
later, Eva’s second book is another
bestseller.
