Brett Rossi gets Deviant for sophomore title

according to Slayer, she delivered a film that not only lives up to the
watchwords of the kinky production house, but is positioned to set a new
standard for glossy BDSM content.

Slayer invited Rossi to be the boss of the new all-girl movie after her
success with her seminal achievement, Brett Rossi’s Girl Crushed 2, earlier
this year where she was fast-tracked as a director and became an instant
expert in the studio’s signature femdom aesthetic. The tyro director took
to the hardcore “lesbian way” scenes like a pro, creating work that Slayer

concern for typical restraints foisted upon new directors, Rossi says. In
essence, she was given full rein to express a creative side that was brewing
while she was talent.
Slayer adds that he was so taken by Rossi’s enthusiasm about her first
show that he instinctively knew she would be a great fit for the studio. The
industry veteran has worked with many talented directors in the past and
recognizes the fire within that makes some great.

In fact, Rossi told AVN that she’s not only being groomed for more
work, but is now in the planning stages for another feature due to shoot in
November.
Schoolgirl Massacre pushed both Rossi’s and Deviant’s limits, particularly
because of the schoolgirl discipline element that combines innocence with
hardcore sex—a taboo but very popular fantasy that the studio is banking
on will continue to set it apart from other more extreme content studios in
the genre.
“Although there are many BDSM content companies out there, we
stay true to what we do … shooting the biggest names doing the type of
content that you usually don’t see these talent do,” Slayer says.
The movie stars Rossi as a strict headmistress who cracks the whip—
literally—on a cast of “unruly and sexually charged schoolgirls” with
an A-list of adult stars including Chanel Preston, Megan Rain, Missy
Martinez, Abella Danger, Katrina Jade, Bailey Brooke and Holly Hendrix.
Rossi, as the ruthless but alluring disciplinarian, uses all manner of
diabolical instruments to keep her charges in order, including rulers, ball
gags and restraints.
Although new to the director’s chair, Rossi was no gamble for Deviant.
She has nearly a decade of experience in adult, starting as talent at age
22. Her credits include appearances on Howard Stern’s TV show, where
she was crowned Miss Howard TV; she hosted the shock jock’s December

Her success with Girl Crushed 2 set the stage for her to flex her performing and creative
muscle doing what she says she loves best. Moving into the darker side of fetish fits nicely
with her personal interests and desires to always “rock the boat.”
Rossi admits that she loves the idea of dominating hot girls in plaid skirts, and if the
success of her first film is any indication, the new effort will really let her freak flag fly.
“I have always thought schoolgirls were sexy and a bit dirty so I really wanted to exploit
that with dominant women taking advantage of the young schoolgirls and pushing those
pairings pretty hardcore,” Rossi says.
And push she did. In fact, her fresh approach is actually an advantage in an industry that
continues to see the same marquee names on many films that normally shy away from the
more extreme content. Fetish films are becoming an expanded niche that allows for new
faces, and Rossi wants to be a major player behind the camera. This idea fits well with
Deviant and sister company Metro Distributors, which has traditionally worked with new
creators—and enjoyed quite a bit of success with the formula.
Rossi’s symbiotic relationship with performers who share her zest for the kinkier side of
sex has also allowed her to attract the type of talent that appreciates her interests and style
of filmmaking. She notes that she only wanted to get “the best of the best” for the new film
in order to demonstrate to Deviant that she wasn’t a one-trick pony. Co-star Danger was
one of her top picks and says she’s always been a fan of Rossi’s, and actually had a personal
crush on her. “When she asked me to be in a schoolgirl-themed Deviant show (I’ve done
many scenes for Deviant, by the way), I couldn’t pass this one up.”
Co-star Rain adds, “We have worked together before and have an awesome chemistry. I
was so blown away that Brett wanted to work with me and have me in her second show.”
Rossi adds, “Being a director has taught me how to see things differently from an eight-
year veteran performer perspective to what’s involved in casting for a movie. I’ve found it to
be key to put aside biased opinions. Naturally, when booking a movie your friends want to
be a part of it but it is important to put on your director hat and look at the business side of
things: Does this performer sell? How does this performer’s performance compare to others
that I am considering casting?”
Rossi is poised to hone her skills even more under the tutelage of Slayer and Deviant.
Slayer notes that the new picture takes advantage of cutting-edge technology, including
being shot in 4K ultra. The producer also hinted that if Rossi is on board with continuing
her directorial gigs, Deviant is very much open to the idea and is excited about the potential
she brings.
“She [Rossi] has many ideas on what she would like to produce,” he says.
All indications from the new filmmaker are that she’s just begun making movies to fit
this particular genre and is very happy that she’s found a home at Deviant. “I really enjoy
being a performer but I’ve wanted to get on the production side for some time,” Rossi adds.
With kinky categories that run the fetish gamut from bondage to slapping and choking,
from Saran Wrap to puppy play and more, Rossi will certainly have the opportunity to
expand her repertoire for the studio as far as her dark imagination will take her.
