WHO’S WHO
Ayumi Anime: Model Behavior
age.
aAyumi Anime pictured herself in the U.S. from a young
“A lot of people in Europe, they always were telling me
that you are going to be very popular in America,” Anime
recalls. “I’m like, ‘Why?’ They said, ‘You have to go there.’
“But it’s not about them. U.S. was always my dream
from childhood. I was a little girl and I dreamt about
America and to live there and to get a career there. That’s
why I’m here.”
Born and raised in Ukraine, the 27-year-old Korean
model made her adult industry debut in May after visiting
the Larry Flynt Publications headquarters in Beverly Hills,
where she received some tips about talent agencies to
contact. Since then she has shot for Brazzers, Twistys,
Girlfriends Films, Mofos, Screwbox, NetVideoGirls,
Hustler and Penthouse, which shot her for the October
magazine cover and layout.
“I love it, absolutely,” Anime says. “I love girls. I love
people in the industry for sure and I adore cameras. Sex
between girls for me is an art. That’s my religion. And I
like to look sexy for people, for cameras, for everyone. I
think this is just something I wanted to do.”
Anime, who is fluent in Russian, moved to L.A. two
years ago from Moscow, where she lived for five years
after graduating from a university in Kiev, Ukraine, with
a degree in French. She made a living as an independent
appearing in ads for blue-chip companies such as Nike,
Calvin Klein, Chanel and H&M. But doing the occasional
bikini or lingerie shoot didn’t satisfy Ayumi’s desire to
explore her naughtier side.
She says her favorite scene so far was her encounter
with Honey Gold for Brazzers called “Freshen Up and
Hookup.”
“I think the most important thing is the cameraman.
He was awesome, and the girl, Honey Gold, she’s so good
and she’s like so easy-going,” Anime says. “I don’t know
if I should tell this or not. That scene I came for sure,
like naturally. And I felt myself in that scene like I was a
professional. I don’t know why, I like that a lot. And the
crew was just awesome.”
Anime also finds time to log onto MyFreeCams.com for
her fans.
“I had great success the first three days actually. I did
a lot of money,” she says. “I’m going to do also YouTube.
I want to interview porn stars and it’s going to be kind
of like a reality show. I need more traffic. I need more
audience. It’s kind of a second project. We’re going to
start as soon as possible. My first interview will be with
Honey Gold.”
As for the future, Ayumi concludes, “I’m here and I’m
ready to rock.”

FRESH FACES
Olive Glass: Inspiration Porn
before it becomes obvious that this raven-haired
beauty has enough brain power and drive to succeed at
anything she puts her mind to—and thankfully for us,
her current choice is porn.
“The best thing about porn is the emotional
iIt takes only a few minutes of talking with Olive Glass
empowerment and fulfillment I get through celebrating
my sexuality,” she said. “I think about that a lot; I
think about everything probably too much, but I grew
up in a really religious, pretty suppressive environment
as a kid and we weren’t allowed to explore—not that
you want kids exploring their sexuality, but I was told
growing up that women marry the first person they
sleep with, they have children, they stay at home.
“It was pretty fundamentalist,” she continued. “I
come from something more along the lines of FLDS;
Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints. LDS broke off
into the FLDS that went one direction in the state,
and then my family started a community on the
border of Nevada and Utah of their own branch of
fundamentalist Mormon, and I grew up on a very small
homestead out in the desert.”
But Olive (not her real name) chafed under her
restrictions, and even invented an imaginary friend,
“Olive,” who “looked just like me but she did all the
bad stuff. My mom would be, ‘Oh, what did you do
that for?’ And I was like, ‘No, Olive did it. I didn’t do
it; Olive did it.’ As a child, I thought it worked every
time, but it didn’t really work out too well.”
Glass spent seven years as a mainstream model,
often designing her own layouts, and actress, often
styling her own wardrobe, mainly based in New York
City but in fact, she had gigs around the world until ...
“I guess I got kind of uninspired by it all,” she
sighed, “and I felt like the porn industry had more of
the edge I was looking for from an artist’s standpoint
as well as I just felt really accepted and it was a fun,
wonderful, well-paying environment, so here I am.
“I feel a lot more inspired in this industry at this
point, and I was really excited to make some really cool
stuff. I eventually want to start directing,” she added.
And Olive’s had a chance to observe some of the
better ones. She appears in Hank Hoffman’s Spoiled and
Axel Braun’s Busted (both from Wicked Pictures), not to
mention Dan O’Connell’s Lesbian Legal 12 (Girlfriends
Films) and Mike Quasar’s Lesbian Sex Therapist 2
(Addicted 2 Girls), plus she’s done a bunch of scenes
for YanksVR.com—good grounding for a genre that
may well be the future of porn.
But even the adult industry can’t contain this
immense personality, so Olive has plenty of other ways
to feed her creativity and curiosity. For example, she’ll
be dog-sledding across Norway this winter, talking
photographs all along the way, which she expects to
make into a book when she gets back.
“I have a goal set for myself to do one new thing a
month,” she revealed, “and so, this month, I’m going
and taking tango lessons a little bit south of here. I
have two tango lessons lined up, and last year, I went
to Scotland for my birthday and stayed there by myself
in a castle, and then I did a hot-air balloon ride—it all
has to be by myself, like solo missions.”
