Dating Gold brings on new
business development director
Dating Gold has named Eddie
Kreider the director of business
development. As a seasoned veteran
of the industry, Kreider has a broad
background in marketing and business
development, and has held senior-level
roles with various consumer-based
companies throughout the years,
including Cendant, Get Smart and, for
the last eight years, his own company, X
Industry Jobs.
“Eddie brings a vast amount of
valuable skills and industry knowledge,
added to his 10-plus years of industry

Sahar Cohen
New face on Etology’s account and
sales management team
Sahar Cohen has joined the account
and sales management team at
Etology, bringing extensive expertise in
marketing and sales to the progressive
traffic platform.
As account and sales manager,
Cohen’s responsibilities will include
upholding and maintaining existing
accounts as well as new business
acquisition.
Etology president Bako Kaye said
several key factors made Cohen the
ideal candidate to join the company—
including his “stellar personality.”
Kaye also noted “his background
knowledge of PR, marketing and sales”
will be instrumental in his new role.
“Overall he’s loved by everyone in the
business,” Kaye added.

Akira Lane
X Agency Models taps adult
performer as director of
business development
X Agency Models has appointed
Akira Lane as its new director of
business development. Lane comes to
the agency with more than 15 years
of experience in front of the camera
performing glamour, fetish, softcore and
hardcore scenes along with significant
behind-the-camera time producing
content for her own production
company, Akira Lane Productions.
In her new post, Lane will be
responsible for attracting new talent
and developing relationships with
producers and production companies.
X Agency principal Ben Fisher
said, “We fully expect that Akira’s
long experience, knowledge of the
industry, and personal contacts will be
a great addition to X Agency Models.”
He added, “Ms. Lane’s integrity,

Ramon Janga
AWE/LIVEJASMIN APPOINTS NEW
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Adult mega-company AWE/LiveJasmin has
selected Ramon Janga to serve as business
development manager. Janga has worked in the
adult industry for more than 10 years now and has
built a strong network of contacts within the
webmaster world.
“We are confident in Ramon’s ability to add
value to the teams due to his longstanding
experience and knowledge regarding the market.
We believe that Ramon will lift AWE to the next
level and we are delighted to count him amongst

The 39-year-old Janga was born in Amsterdam
but moved to Curacao as a child. Janga’s first

In his new role as business development
manager for AWE, Janga’s mission is to find ways to
raise the company to new levels. “Not only to stay
on top but to always increase, improve and promote
our wide range of promotional tools,” he explained.
