From the collaboration between Doc Johnson and Kink.com, the Tug is a set of
sturdy alligator-style nipple clamps that are wider than most on the market. The
claps have a screw to adjust them to the desired pressure and help them stay in
place until removed. The clamps are connected by a hefty metal chain that has a
faceted teardrop weight dangling from the center. The weight gives the clamps
additional tug for a more intense experience.
