large fan base, and part of what they love
about him is the fact that he is so open.
He talks freely about his personal life

describes himself as a dominant switch
who prefers people who are very
submissive and also open-minded. In the
future, Shane hopes to get involved in
costume design. He’s a big fan of cosplay
and anime and loves to make things. To

Do you remember your first live cam show?
I was so nervous. During most of the
show, I didn’t show my face much. Blake
(my roommate at the time) was watching
and he said, “Wow! You’re earning a lot
of tokens!” I didn’t understand yet that
“credits” equated to money. When I logged
off about three hours later and Blake told
me that I had earned $2,765.00, I was really
taken aback. I mean, at the time I was a kid
who could barely afford his rent and I had
been home-hopping for over a year. I was
so shocked. The show went really well and
everyone was really psyched to see me on
Chaturbate. They were all so supportive.
again. You just show dick.” That type of comment always makes
me laugh. Also, there are the crazy things that we sometimes
do during our shows. Once I did a duo show with a fellow cam
model and we spent the entire time cracking jokes and drawing
on each other. In retrospect, it was kind of silly. But we had fun.
What are your fans like?
Most of my biggest fans I would consider
very kind and mellow people who just want
to help another person succeed. They are
lonely and just looking for a good friend and
I can fit that role most of the time because I
understand them on a personal level. When
most of my supporters tell me why they like
me, it’s because I tell it like it is and I don’t
sugar coat anything.
What’s the best thing about cam modeling?
The best thing is having the freedom to set your own hours
and to be your own boss. You also develop amazing friendships
and feel a real sense of connection to your fans, most of whom
are really good and genuine people. They make every show
so much better with their upbeat conversations and positive
vibes. You really get to know your biggest supporters, too. At
first you’re just thinking, “Wow, this guy is giving me a lot of
money. This is awesome!” But once you learn more about their
intentions and who they are as people you can actually become
good friends.
Can you tell us any funny stories about cam
modeling?
During live shows, cam models will
often get crazy comments from some of
the anonymous, unpaid viewers. They’ll
blurt out whatever they’re thinking,
even if it’s inappropriate or not entirely
coherent. One of my favorites was, “Hey
I am multimillionaire playboy. I take you
to my paradise. You don’t have work ever
What’s the worst thing about cam modeling?
One challenging thing is having to handle slow days. Slow
days are when no one in your room is talking and there are little
to no tips. This is the hardest part of camming because it makes
you feel worthless. You can never be prepared for the slow days.
That’s just a normal part of camming, though. Sometimes it
can be slow for three hours but then it will pick up, too. It’s
unpredictable.
