Works of Art Available From Joydivision
Joydivision has debuted new additions to its line of Joystick vibrators: the
Works of Art. And according to Joydivision CEO Oliver Redschlag, “Our
Works of Art vibrators are exactly as their namesake. In addition to having a
product design specifically engineered to hit intimate areas precisely, the
overall coloring of each item is handcrafted. ... Each owner of a Works of Art
vibrator will possess a pleasure product as individual as its user.”
Categorized into the Abstract and Expression collections, the pleasure
products are one-of-a-kind works of art, with each creation cast in an original
pattern that never repeats in exactly the same way.
Items in the Abstract collection measure 1.7 inches by 6.9 inches and
feature a curved tip, angled to explore the user’s G-spot. Abstract comes in
green/white, pink/white, and violet/white marbled options.
The Expression line measures 1.7 inches by 7 inches and boasts one side
of the tip rounded for sliding and turning, and a pinpoint tip designed for
intense, on-the-spot experience. Expression comes in black/pink, blue/white,
and red/white feather-splash options.
Waterproof and made of silicone, each Works of Art vibe comes with a
one-button control to navigate between its ten speeds and various vibration
levels. Two AA batteries power the vibrator; made in Germany, each item in
the Works of Art collection also comes with a two-year materials warranty.
“The unique, handcrafted aspect really increases its collectible aspect,”
stated Bianca Kuennecke, executive vice president of Joydivision LLC. “We
encourage our retailers to stock Works of Art quickly, so customers will be
able to select their favorite version, and choose which coloring mix reflects
their sexual personality, in person in their stores.”

LELO, Standard Innovation Settle Disputes
Representatives from Standard Innovation (makers of the We-Vibe) and
Swedish brand LELO issued a joint statement indicating they have reached
an agreement to settle all outstanding lawsuits related to patent disputes.
The disputes, which date back to 2011, center around U.S. Patent No.
7,931,605, Canadian Patent Nos. 2,591,401 and 2,684,004, the couples
vibrator patents; and U.S. patent No. 7,749,178, the inductively chargeable
massager patent.
The settlement includes a cross-licensing agreement that allows both
companies to license and use each other’s relevant intellectual property.
“We are thrilled to see this process come to an end and to have Standard
Innovation’s patent covering the We-Vibe respectfully honored,” said Frank
Ferrari, president of Standard Innovation.
“We are delighted to reach this positive conclusion for our distributors,
retailers and consumers that will be able to enjoy LELO’s Tiani couple’s
products throughout the world,” said Steve Thomson, CMO of LELO.
The agreement grants LELO a license to Standard Innovation’s couples
vibrator patent and grants Standard a license to LELO’s inductively
chargeable massager patent. For more, visit We-Vibe.com or LELO.com.
