Incorrigible Brent Corrigan—porn star, equestrian, author

After his adult industry comeback in 2014 as a Falcon exclusive, Brent Corrigan
(TheNewBrentCorrigan.com) and his partner moved to the Southwest so that Brent could focus
on developing his equestrian skills and finishing his new memoir, Incorrigible. Meanwhile the Brent
Corrigan line of sex toys at Fleshjack has continued to be a bestseller.
Incorrigible is now finished and Brent will be self-publishing it this year, which will be followed by a book tour
that Brent is financing himself. Brent had been offered deals by different publishers, but he ultimately decided
that self-publishing was the smartest way to go.
This month Cybersocket had a chance to touch base with Brent about his return to the equestrian world and
his plans for the future. For regular photo updates from Brent, follow him at 2Gay4FB.com.
Where are you based now?
I’ve been living in the Southwest for about a year, in
a small town in New Mexico. As I get more and more
settled in, I’m really enjoying small-town life with its
slower pace and its four distinct seasons. I spent 11
years in San Diego, so it will always be home. As will

always been happiest. I had been riding since I was
five years old and I had spent years learning English
Equitation and showing in San Diego in the Hunter
Ring (show jumping).
What prompted the move from California to New
Mexico?
I wanted to work around horses and I felt like I
was ready to fall in love with another region for a
while. Last summer I spent some time working at a
racetrack (Downs at Albuquerque) where I rode in
the horse ambulance and took care of racehorses that
had become tired or injured. Being up close with the
athletes was such an enriching experience. I was living
in a crappy, double-wide mobile home right on the
racetrack, and yet it was here that I was the happiest.
What made you decide to buy your first horse?
I grew restless watching the horses every day and I
felt like I needed to be back in the saddle, where I had
What was special about Dali?
The mare was very cheap. I rode her twice and then
offered to put half of the money down for her. But
I knew almost immediately that she was not only
beautiful, but also smart and athletic. She’s a slip of a
horse, standing at less than 14 hands. Fourteen hands
is like 5 feet at the shoulders. I think the mare and I
could sort of relate to each other. She’d been passed
around to many homes by the time I met her and
she was really just looking for her human. Someone
to give her a forever home. I had always been a big
boy in a small package, with lots of personality (but
sometimes too much for a lot of people). We were a
good match.
