Last month, director Jonni Darkko began
producing and directing bimonthly movies for
distribution through Jules Jordan Video. The
owner of Darkko Productions said the new deal
with Jordan would not change his long-standing
agreement with Evil Angel, which has distributed
his movies since 2004.
“I’m trying to get more product out to people
and I’ve always had a great relationship with
Jules,” Darkko said. “He’s the one who got me
started at Evil; he introduced me to [Evil Angel
founder John Stagliano]; he was the first one who
brought me to John’s attention. So it’s coming full
circle.”
Darkko said his decision also underlines his
desire to diversify his content. Now in his 17th
year in porn, the Chicago native has become
known as a master videographer with an award-
winning library full of unapologetic anal movies,
sloppy oral-themed releases, a parade of star
showcases and dozens of Asian-themed titles.
Jonni Darkko to Release New Titles With Jules Jordan Video
“I’m just going to do things I want do that I
haven’t been able to do,” Darkko added, noting
that double-penetration cream-pie scenes were
on his short list.
“I’ve never been able to do that, like double
vag or double-A with cream-pies. I’ve never
done anything like that before, so that’s coming
up. The first one is going to be an Asian release
that’s a little harder than my typical, a little
nastier.”
That first title, Asian Fuck Machines, came out
May 16 and stars Darkko favorite Kalina Ryu.
“We’re very happy to add Jonni to the roster
of professional perverts here at JJV,” Jules Jordan
told AVN. “I’ve always loved his movies and
vision, which comes from a true photographer’s
perspective combined with hot, nasty sex.”
Darkko, who has produced and directed more
than 220 movies since 2003, said he plans to
continue to release approximately one title per
month through Evil Angel, taking special care to
insure titles aren’t overlapping.
Asian Fuck Machines also features Annie Cruz,
who delivers what Darkko called a “double anal
fest.”
“Sixty percent of the scene is all double anal,”
he noted.
In addition, Kaylani Lei did a d.p. with some
double vag; Morgan Lee appears in an anal scene;
and Saya Song and Ryu do regular boy/girl.
Darkko revealed the Korean sexual dynamo Ryu
delivered a scene that clocked in at 1 hour, 45
minutes.
Nica Noelle Returns to Sweetheart
With ‘A Mother’s Secret’
Director Nica Noelle has returned
to the studio she helped launch
in 2008, lesbian label Sweetheart
Video, with new feature A
Mother’s Secret, distributed by
parent company Mile High Media.
This is Noelle’s first
Sweetheart movie since 2012,
when she set off to pursue other
opportunities. She returned to
Mile High in 2014, and there
has overseen the creation of gay
studio Icon Male and trans studio
TransSensual.
A Mother’s Secret is an all-girl drama written and directed by
Noelle, with Elexis Monroe, Kasey Warner, Ingrid Mouth and
Jelena Jensen starring.
Commented Noelle, “A Mother’s Secret reminded me of
just how magical a genre girl/girl cinema is. I was flooded
with memories of everything that inspired me about this
industry at the beginning, and what a long, strange journey
it’s been. I hope the fans enjoy this feature, because we put
our hearts into it. It definitely felt like a homecoming—lots of
joy, and a few tears, too.”
On Noelle’s return to Sweetheart, Mile High vice
president Jon Blitt offered, “Nica is a creative force and we
always welcome her compelling storylines for our studios.
Sweetheart fans have been hopeful for her to continue to
contribute and this feature was a perfect return showcasing
her signature style. She is a mastermind at her craft and
creates gay, TS and straight erotica like no other.”
Tasha Reign Signs Exclusive Contract With Elegant Angel
Elegant Angel has signed Tasha Reign to an
exclusive performing contract. Reign recently
starred in her first showcase title, Hard Reign, for
Elegant Angel, which captured her first interracial
scene as well as an all-girl threeway and double
penetration.
“We’re thrilled to have Tasha on board,” said
Elegant Angel’s Jerry E. “We all love her here. We
love the energy of her scenes, she’s absolutely
beautiful. And with what she does in regards to
social media supporting the movies she’s in and her
content, Tasha is the whole package.”
A native of Orange County, California, Reign
appeared on the third season of the MTV reality
show Laguna Beach before getting into porn. She
broke into adult in 2010 after first appearing in
Playboy in its “Girls of the Pac 10” issue. Reign has
performed in more than 170 adult films and was the
May 2011 Penthouse Pet of the Month.
“I am beyond flattered and excited to be Elegant
Angel’s new contract star,” Reign told AVN. “I can’t
wait. I’ve wanted that my whole entire career. I’ve
really always loved them as a company, and it’s been
a goal of mine, so I’m thrilled. I could not be any
happier about it, and I still don’t even think it’s real,
but it is and I want to celebrate. I’m so excited.”
Reign continued, “I want my fans to know that I
have so much in store for them and I’m giving every
single scene my all. I want a new tantalizing type of
performance to come out of all my consummations.
This new chapter in my adult career is something
I’ve been looking forward to for what seems like
forever, and a new focus and journey is about to
begin!”
Jerry E. indicated the deal is for one year and
effective immediately.
“Much is in the works,” he said. “Nothing to
divulge at this time, but her fans are going to be
thrilled with what’s going to be coming out. She is
the true meaning of a blonde bombshell. Her first
interracial scene in Hard Reign was a must-see. That
is one of our biggest releases of the year to date.”
Reign also recently appeared in Alexis Texas’
Texas Hoedown alongside the fellow Elegant Angel
exclusive Texas.
“It’s definitely a huge honor that I get to be
contract sisters with Alexis Texas, and I’ve always
looked up to her,” Reign said. “Even before I got
into the industry, I saw her career and I just was
always so impressed and thought she was just an
awesome feminist woman, and I’m really excited to
be able to work with her and with Elegant Angel,
and just to have this opportunity. I’m extremely
grateful.”
