How did you get started in the industry?
I got started on the camming website
Chaturbate.com. I had always wanted to show
off and it was the perfect outlet.
How did you get involved with Helix Studios?
On Chaturbate, my viewers were obsessed with
Helix and they encouraged me until I was ready
to apply. And I actually had a membership at
HelixStudios.com, so I knew it was the site that
I wanted to be on.
Do you get much fan mail?
Actually, I don’t get nearly as much as I would
like! I love hearing from fans and would love
for them to reach out more!
Are you single right now?
I am very proudly not single right now! I’m
dating the one and only Casey Tanner! He’s
actually not anything like I thought he would
be and that’s what I loved the most about him
when we met. We met at the Helix Mansion
and it was magical. We had such instantaneous
chemistry and I remember pushing him against
a wall and kissing him just because I had to!
Raised in the state of Kentucky, 20-year-old Blake Mitchell had
been doing construction work before beginning his porn career.
His first foray into adult work began with live cam modeling, where
his fans encouraged him to apply to Helix Studios. Blake was a
Helix fan and a member of the website, so when he finally did
apply and then got to come out to California to shoot his first
video it was a dream come true. Helix was equally happy to meet
Blake and he turned out to be a perfect fit for the close-knit Helix
family. When he’s not doing scenes or posing for photo shoots
with Helix, Blake enjoys working out. He was a wrestler in high
school, which may explain why he always seems to end up on top.
Something about you that people don’t know?
I only have one nipple because I shaved the
other off when I was 6 because I didn’t know
what a razor did.
What are your hobbies?
My biggest hobby is learning. I know that
sounds nerdy and cliched for the guy with
glasses, but it’s true. Learning is so much
fun ... and knowing quirky information has
honestly come in handy so many times!
What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?
Believe it or not, one of my childhood dreams
was being a porn star! But I also wanted to be a
teacher, an architect, and a lawyer.
Any life lessons from recent years?
I’ve learned more in the years since I turned 18
than I did in all the years before. But I think the
most valuable thing I’ve learned is that hearing
others is more important than being heard.

New Collaboration With
Studio Presse
Sureflix Digital Distribution, owner and operator of its
flagship VOD website Maleflixxx.tv, has announced a
new collaboration with Studio Presse, one of the leading
French gay porn companies. This award-winning
company includes such studios as Cadinot, Citebeur,
Sketboy and many others.
New exclusive movies will be added across the
network all summer long, beginning last month with
the title Fighters.
“We are thrilled with this new relationship,” said
Brent Meredith, director of account management.
“Our customers constantly demand top-quality French
content and Studio Presse always delivers. With one
of the biggest names in the industry, Studio Presse
will continue to allow us to expand our European
collection.”
This project marks the first collaboration between
Studio Presse and Sureflix Digital Distribution.

Live cam provider Flirt4Free has teamed up with
some of the largest adult gay brands and studios to
launch Flirt4Free Channels. This round includes
Bel Ami, CockyBoys, Corbin Fisher, Fratmen, Helix
Studios and Lucas Entertainment. This program
allows studio fans to connect with the models on a
webcam and the studios to propel their brands to a
community of over 100 million visitors every month.
Large studios that work with Flirt4Free have their
models broadcast on the Flirt4Free platform already
and they are often some of the most popular models
on the site. Earlier in 2014, Flirt4Free launched its
first studio branded content in the Videos section.
These pages feature prerecorded videos of the studio
models’ solo cam shows and they quickly became
some of the most watched videos across the entire
Flirt4Free network.
Now, customers can visit the Channels page on
Flirt4Free, choose their favorite adult brand and see
all the models
that are live. They
can also access
their prerecorded
content and see
ads for the studio’s membership sites.
“This was a natural evolution after testing
the channels in their Videos section,” said Jamie
Rodriguez, Flirt4Free broadcasting and brand
manager. “This was largely a response to the
demand by our customers, but this will also help
us cultivate our already great relationships with our
studios.”
Director of Business Development Jeff Wilson
added, “We’re soft launching this on Flirt4Free on
the guys’ side with selected studios. This showcases
the best brands in the market and it will be a favorite
destination for many of our premium customers.”
