Company Man Keiran Lee debuts as feature director for Digital Playground
and they had me under contract for four years.”
Then came the move to Brazzers. Now, six years
later, he’s performing in 15 scenes a month as well as
directing another 12 scenes. And since he directs
himself sometimes, Lee usually ends up doing about
20 scenes a month.
After Manwin took control of Digital Playground,
Lee started working regularly for that studio too. “I
was quite picky,” Lee said. “I shot about seven movies
[this past year], including Skip Trace 2.”
While he didn’t want to play favorites among the
scenes, he did admit that one of his high points was
having Romi Rain hoisted on a crane way up in the
air and plunged into a pool, from which she was
yanked out so that it appeared she was leaping from
the water.
Lee also enjoyed all the trappings of making a
vampire movie. “We had a lot of special effects and a
lot of makeup. We had to attach fake fangs on the
girls,” he said. And of course plenty of fake blood
In September, Lee was approached about directing
a feature for Digital Playground. He was asked to
shoot it “on the 28th or 29th—I thought they meant
October.” Instead, the shoot was supposed to begin in
six days.
“They asked for a Halloween movie. I like the
aspect of vampires, because you can make that very
realistic,” he said. So Lee sat down with wife Kirsten
Price (pictured here with Lee; photo by Rick Garcia),

Asked what he would do differently on his second
feature, Lee laughed and said, “Probably give myself
more time.”
The opportunity to do it again is coming right
away. “I just signed a deal now with Digital
[Playground],” Lee said. “I’m going to direct two
features a month, a miniseries and also a POV line.”

That was just the beginning of a very productive partnership
that culminated this week with the release of Lee’s feature
directorial debut, a Halloween-themed movie from Digital
Playground titled Hot Chicks Big Fangs.
Brazzers—one of the companies under the umbrella of
Manwin (now renamed MindGeek)—snapped up the suave
performer right away, offering him an exclusive contract and
famously insuring his massive member for $1 million with
Lloyd’s of London.
When he arrived on these shores, he was already a star in his
native U.K. “What happened with myself,” Lee said, “I started
about 12 years in the industry for a company called Killergram

His previous experience was “very different to how
a feature film is shot,” Lee said, noting that he gets
finished scripts from Canadian writers for the
Brazzers scenes. “This was the first time I wrote the
script and did all the planning.”
Lee took care to emphasize the writing was a joint
venture. “Kirsten, she’s amazing. She’s such a creative
writer,” Lee enthused. “We sat on a Sunday afternoon
for six hours and we ended up writing the script.”
Playing the bodacious blood-drainers are Monique
Alexander, Nikki Benz, Destiny Dixon, Romi Rain
and Bonnie Rotten (below, in a still from the movie).
The sucked-upon studs are Bill Bailey, Mick Blue,
Erik Everhard, John Strong and Clover.
The director demurred when asked
which was his favorite scene.
“Bonnie Rotten’s was a very
intense scene; the Mick Blue
scene was very erotic.”
Manwin ... er, MinkGeek brand. “Also I’m going to
be producing a TV show for Playboy TV with Kirsten
Price as the host,” Lee revealed. “It’s going to be very
much like Chelsea Handler, that kind of show.”
On tap for the new program will be discussion
about the latest adult movies as well as news and
topics that have been swirling around in the industry.
“Kirsten’s perfect for that,” Lee said. “She’s very quick,
she’
s very witty.”
