FILE NOTICE OF MERGER
Adult companies Manwin and Reality
Kings parent RK Netmedia have filed a
merger notification with Austria’s Federal
Competition Authority, a rating enforce-
ment agency that investigates and
approves planned mergers.
Manwin has confirmed that the two
companies have jointly authorized the
filing with the Authority in furtherance of
their discussions with respect to the terms
of a potential proposed agreement.
The merger notification for Manwin-
RK Netmedia was made April 16. Not all
intended mergers require enhanced
scrutiny, however. In 2010, for instance,
the Authority reviewed 54 merger filings,
seven of which required an in-depth
investigation. Two of those cases were
challenged before eventually being
resolved, and in the other five cases the
parties withdrew the merger filings.
The terms of the contemplated agree-
ment are not yet final, and Manwin and
Reality Kings will provide further infor-
mation as it becomes available.
New Frontier Media
COMPANY SIGNS MULTI-
YEAR CONTENT DEAL
WITH BLUEBIRD FILMS
New Frontier Media and Bluebird Films
have entered into a content partnership
that includes “a commitment from
Bluebird to develop and produce 250
hours of original content beginning in
April 2012 that will initially be provided
exclusively to New Frontier Media’s world-
wide cable and satellite customers,” the
Boulder, Colorado-based publicly traded
company announced in early April.
“The content is expected to be provided
worldwide to cable and satellite operators
for distribution through New Frontier
Media’s TEN, or The Erotic Networks, 15
pay-per-view channels and video-on-
demand services,” the company added.
The deal also calls for over 2,500 high-
definition scenes from Bluebird’s existing
library to be made available for worldwide
distribution, and contains an option to
acquire up to 900 additional original
scenes over the next three years.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM,
NEW FEATURES
Paxum Inc has implemented a new update
to its global e-wallet payment service that
includes the addition of an affiliate referral
program.
Paxum affiliates will earn seven dollars
for every referred client who activates a
Paxum Mastercard, as well as five dollars
when the referred client externally funds his
or her account with $200 or more. Every
verified Paxum client can now instantly
enroll as a referrer to earn commissions.
